WOLVES ADD HOME-GROWN TALENT AHEAD OF THE 24-25 VOLLEYBALL SEASON

Head coach Everton Senior and the Wolves women's volleyball team are happy to announce the additions of Riley Lancia and Carys Tenthorey who inked their OCAA Letters of Intent on Tuesday April 3rd, 2024.  The team is proud to be adding two local products to the roster ahead of the 2024-25 season.  Here is what we know about the newest additions to the pack. 

Riley Lancia 

Height: 5'9 
Position: Middle / Right Side
Hometown: Ottawa, ON 
High School: Béatrice-Desloges Catholic Secondary School
Club: Maverick Volleyball Club 

Riley will be looking to complete a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing during her time at Algonquin.  She chose Algonquin for the academics and the opportunity to play volleyball at the college level. 

Carys Tenthorey  

Height: 5'9 
Position: Left Side 
Hometown: Ottawa, ON 
High School: Gloucester High School 
Club: Maverick Volleyball Club 

Carys is excited to be taking the Pre-Service Firefighter Education and Training program.  She chose Algonquin for her program of study and the opportunity to join the Wolves women's volleyball team. 

Riley, Carys and the rest of the pack will hit the court in October for the official start of the OCAA season.  Make sure to keep an eye on AlgonquinWolves.com for the 2024-25 schedule to be released early on this summer.
