The Algonquin College Athletic Department ensures that women and men enjoy the same status and have equal opportunity in sport.
There will be no preferential treatment based on gender. All teams have women’s and men’s teams, and everyone is guaranteed equal access to athletic facilities and resources. Women’s and men’s programs are to receive equal allocations of resources, including financial resources, human resources, and facilities.
