Megan Copeland-Dinan has been a part of the coaching staff since 2022.  She comes to us with a vast background as a player, having been a Senior National Women’s team long-listed player, Quebec Senior Women’s Provincial Team Member and a long-serving member of the Barrhaven Scottish, where she played under the tutelage of coach Dan Gauther. The two would combine for a Premier League Championship in 2014. Megan was also a member of the Ottawa U Rugby Team. She has also spent time working with the Rugby Canada Development Academy (RCDA) helping to develop this region's up and coming U16/U18 Girls program. Megan is a tremendous addition to the program and is a trained World Rugby Level 2 Coach working towards her Certification. Megan is in charge of the contact area skills and helping with the teams set-piece work given her background as a hooker and backrow player.
