Women's Basketball

Jaime McLean has been with Algonquin since the 2018-19 season and he has left his mark, leading his team to 4 OCAA East division titles, a bronze medal in 2023 and silver in 2024. He has also been named OCAA East Coach of the Year 3 times and OCAA coach of the year once. Jaime was born and raised in Ottawa and has been involved in basketball for over a quarter of a century. He has been involved with the Ottawa Youth Basketball Academy, the Nepean Blue Devils Basketball Association, and the Ottawa Elite U19 Women's team. He has also spent time at Sir Robert Borden H.S. and Lisgar Collegiate, where he had the opportunity to coach boys and girls at both the junior and senior levels.
