The OCAA recently announced its list of award recipients for the 2021-2022 season and two of our players have received honors.
#15 Richard Bucar was named an OCAA East 1st Team All-Star. The 4th year outside from Ottawa Ontario had a great all around season averaging 2.31 kills, 0.55 service aces, 1.76 digs and 0.34 blocks per set.
#18 Connor Finnie was named an OCAA East 2nd Team All-Star. The Middle from Ottawa Ontario had a great 1st year with the Wolves averaging 1.15 kills and 0.93 blocks per set.
These two players were a big part in the Wolves finishing with a 6-2 regular season record which was good for 3rd in the OCAA East division. The team would pull off a 3-0 win over the George Brown Huskies in the 1st round of the OCAA playoffs before eventually falling 3-1 in the ΒΌ finals to the Redeemer Royals who would go on to earn an OCAA Silver Medal.
