Last season, our women's basketball team began their Shoot for the Cure tradition in support of Breast Cancer Canada. The team managed to raise $4,743 in support of the cause.
This season our women's volleyball team has jumped on board to start the first annual Serve for the Cure fundraiser. The two teams competed to see which team could raise the most money. It was a competitive race with both teams putting in strong efforts. Women's basketball untimately came out on top by a small margin.
Final numbers are still trickling in but between Shoot for the Cure and Serve for the Cure 2024, the teams have managed to raise around $7000.
